ActivePlease ensure your monthly rent is paid by the 5th of each month to avoid late penalty fees of 5% on the outstanding balance.
Monthly water meter readings — 25th
ActiveWater meter readings are taken on the 25th of every month. Bills are calculated at KSh 80 per unit and issued within 3 working days.
Generator maintenance — Sat Jun 28, 7–9 AM
ActiveA scheduled generator test will run on Saturday June 28, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Expect brief power interruptions during this window. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Easter holiday office closure
